What Type Of Pests Do You Have?
Rodents.
Mice are one of the most common rodents to infest homes. They commonly forage outdoors during the spring and summer, but retreat into buildings through autumn and winter for warmth and food. They contaminate food and spread other pests such as fleas, ticks and lice.
Rats spread serious diseases and are also associated with dermatitis because they are frequently infested with blood feeding mites which will bite humans.
They don’t need to chew their way into your home – they can swim up sewer pipes into toilets!

Rats will infest anywhere that provides shelter and access to food and water, including under sinks, near garbage, and inside walls or cabinets. They have been know to run straight up brick walls to access gutters where they can squeeze between roofing materials and the gutter’s back edge to access the roof space.
If you hear scratching or squeaking noises inside a wall, you likely have a rat or mouse infestation.
When infesting homes, mice may damage furniture, electrical wiring, and the building itself as they gnaw to file down their teeth which grow non-stop.
